 It is my honour to be here to share with you my opinions on how to fight with frustration.Although frustration is inevitable in our life，it is important not to neglect the fact that an increasing number of students commit suicide because of setbacks.Consequently，it is of vital importance to carry out frustration education in school.When faced with hardships and difficulties，students should learn to draw lessons from failure instead of getting annoyed or discouraged.Furthermore，what we should do is to learn more sills to solve the problems.Only in this way can we achieve our goals step by step.
