Faced with the still pandemic，we should are responsible for our own personal health.Thus，I'm appealing to all of you to take measures to protect our good health.
Nothing is more important than our health，without which，nothing can be achieved and everything tends to be meaningless.It is highly recommended that we keep a balanced diet to take in as much nutritious and diverse food as possible first.Then we should work out on a regular basis to build up a strong barrier against the virus and potential risks.Most importantly，wearing facial masks properly and adopting a positive attitude are always helpful.
