First，with the shuttle cock always flying high overhead，when playing the sport，I have to hold my head high all the time，which undoubtedly does good to a person who bends over the desk most time and thus might be in the danger of developing some problems with the neck.Second，badminton，unlike other working out forms，never requires much in playing conditions — with two light rackets，one little shuttle，and a nice partner.I can just enjoy the game to my heart's content during a short break between classes.What's more，I don't think it necessary to describe to anyone who has ever played it how much delight badminton can bring us.
In general，it is badminton that enriches my life on campus as well as keeping me physically and mentally fit despite stressful schoolwork.
