          "Red tourism" has developed quickly in recent years and is expected to become more and more popular as the nation celebrates the centenary(百周年紀念) of the Communist(共產(chǎn)主義者) Party of China,a senior official said.
             The Communist Party of China has led her people on the right way towards the great rejuvenation(復興)of the Chinese nation.In recent years,people's hopes of learning and experiencing revolutionary(革命的)history and culture have become stronger,Hu Heping,Minister of Culture and Tourism,said at a news conference held by CPC Central Committee(委員會).
             "From 2004 to 2019,national red tourism resources(資源)continued to increase and tourists visited an increasing number of precious revolutionary cultural relics(文物),"said Hu.
             The number of such trips made by people increased from 140 million to 1.4 billion over the same period and many red tourism spot,such as Yan'an in Shaanxi province,have attracted people of different ages and nationalities(民族).
             In Pingshan county(縣),Hebei province,where Xibaipo is located,people have developed farmhouses,gardens and tourist shops."This has helped with the employment(就業(yè)) of more than 80,000 people and increased the income of local people,"Hu said.
             Hu said red tourism has not only met people's travel needs but also their desire(愿望) for knowledge on revolutionary traditions.This has resulted in the economic(經(jīng)濟上的) development of old revolutionary areas.
             As the centennial birthday of the CPC is coming,Hu said the Ministry of Culture and Tourism will further develop red tourism and provide people with better products and services based on Party history education.
