As you know， balanced diet is very important to us teenagers， so you should eat nutritious food but free from sugary drinks and fruit juice. Things like fresh vegetables and fruits are weight loss-friendly foods.  What's more， drinking water a half hour before meals is a good way to avoid eating too much. Most importantly，  you should take physical exercise regularly， which can help you loss weight without doing harm to your health. Only in this way can you loss weight effectively.
