【答案】Ladies and gentlemen， welcome to our debate competition. Given the fact that the majority of students choose to work a part-time job in the summer holiday nowadays， there are pros and cons for the phenomenon among our parents. In order to help them know more about the advantages and disadvantages of it， we are privileged to hold the debate themed on The Advantages And Disadvantages of Part-time Job. As for the rules，I would like to introduce them as follows.
To start with， contests will be divided into two parts， that is， the affirmative side and the negative side. Next， each group will be given five minutes to present their ideas， which include free debate and 1 minute for their last sum-up. Eventually， at the end of the contest， five contestants as the best performer will be given the awards.
