I'm writing to share some detailed information about the physical training program that I participated in last month.
In this three-week program，personalized training plans were worked out based on the pre-class evaluation results and interests of each student.I have gone to great lengths to complete all my courses，including basket- ball.Chinese martial arts and several core strength courses.
I am grateful for this training as it has equipped me with stronger physical performance and，in turn，greatly reduced my anxiety arising from schoolwork.There is no boubt that it has been a meaningful experience.
