   I am more than glad to tell you something about the summer camp whose theme is Exercise and Health.Before attending it，I hardly ever felt well，either physically or mentally.However，things changed for the better in the camp.All the participants were required to exercise every day，including a variety of sports，such as playing table tennis，badminton and running.Besides，we were required to routinely keep a balanced diet，which enabled me to feel energetic and get refreshed.
