It is/was+被強調部分+that/who+其他部分
強調句式中被強調的通常是主語、賓語、狀語等。判斷強調句的依據為：去掉It is/was和that/who之后，余下的內容能組成一個結構或意義均完整的句子。
特別注意：
（1）it不能用其他詞代替。
（2）原句時態為現在時態或將來時態，則強調句中用it is；原句時態為過去時態，則用it was。
（3）當被強調部分指人，且作主語時，可以用who或that，其他情況一律用that。
（4）不強調謂語。
