How are you getting along？Knowing from your last letter that you have great admiration for China's scientific and technological achievements and want to know about the deeds of some Chinese scientists，I am writing to introduce to you my favorite Chinese scientist，Yuan Longping.
Yuan Longping was born on September 7，1930.Since graduating from Southwest Agricultural College in 1953，he has been engaged in the research of hybrid rice，which are widely planted in over 100 countries from Asia，Africa and America.He said that his hybrid rice technology not only belonged to China，but also to the whole world.As long as his life was going on，he would not stop pursuing and dreaming for super hybrid rice.Though he died on May 22，2021，his hard working spirit is to encourage all of us to devote ourselves to serving the society.
I will send to you a documentary about him with the email，which can make you learn more about him and I am sure you will be moved by what he had done.
