5．Movement
If you're feeling nervous，stand up and move around．It will reduce the nervousness in your body and help your voice to sound more confident．

8．Beijing Opera is one of the most important opera styles in China．It is an art on the stage．It has about 200 years'history．It is not only a treasure of the Chinese nation but also a cultural symbol of China．Similar to the western operas，the Beijing Opera is a combination of singing，dancing，martial arts，music and literature，so it is also called the"Oriental（東方的） Opera"by western people．

9．No need to head to the movie theater or download the video game app，angry birds can be found right in your backyard this summer-if you live in town，that is．Virginia Tech researchers recently found that birds living in town areas are easier to attack other birds than those living in the country places．The results were recently published in Biology Letters．
"A possible reason for this is that these birds have less space but better food，"said Scott Davies，working in the College OF Science．"Living near humans provides better food and home，but it also means more competition for those things．"
Davies and Kendra Sewall，an assistant professor in the College of Science，watched 35 town's and 38 country's birds at three county's and three town's sites in the New River Valley during the spring．
The Virginia Tech and Radford University decided on the town's sites through their levels of human effect．Country sites included Kentland Farm and Heritage Park．In these sites，the researchers played a recording of a bird and watched how the other birds responded to the recording from a neighbor．
Birds in town showed a higher level of attack behavior：they came and remained close to the speaker，flapped their wings angrily，fought by singing loudly and then began to produce a"soft song"，which forecast a coming attack．Country birds still responded to the song effects，however，they did not respond with much energy．
