12． On Sunday evening at Orlando International Airport in Florida，F(xiàn)rontier Airlines' evening flight to Knoxville，Tennessee，had just been canceled.Passengers were finding other flights on their phones and waiting in line to talk with stressed-out airport personnel（機(jī)場人員）.
