     I have had to help my friends from time to time.Three years ago，I had to help a friend who has a certain fear of spiders but didn't want to seek professional help from a doctor to overcome his fear.This is the story of Enrique and how his life changed one Saturday morning in 2008.
     While in the living room of his house，Enrique saw a big spider on his right shoe.Just as he thought that it was the biggest spider he had seen in his life，the animal left its place on his shoe and slipped up his pants.Nothing so frightening had ever happened to him before.At that moment，he remembered two facts he had read in a National Geographic magazine.Alf-spiders，even the smallest ones，carry poison and can inject （注射）it and spiders only sting （叮，刺） when they feel that their lives are in danger.Looking at the size of the big spider，Enrique was certain that the spider must have plenty of poison in it.
     Tjye.airefore.jye.ai thought the most sensible thing to do was to stand still，since the slightest movement would result in the animal injecting him with a deadly amount of poison.He kept still for five to six hours，hoping that the spider would eventually leave but it did not.Despite his wife's request for him to give up the plan，Enrique insisted on keeping still as long as needed.
  Around two o'clock in the afternoon，his helpless wife called me in to see if I could solve the problem.
