Know that you are in low spirits for the quarrels with your parents，I would like to help you，but I can totally understand your feelings．
To start with it，you should know what this kind of communication problem worries nearly all the teenagers．Therefore，you don't have to blame yourself not having a good relationship with your parents．
Actually，it isn't easy for them to talk about myself with my parents either，so my solve is to write down my thoughts in a letter to them．We need to tell them what we want and learn to negotiate．For example，I once get my parents to let me hang out with my friends on weekends unless I got better scores．
